Cemetery Names And Locations
Starting location is Murphysboro unless otherwise stated. Most Cemeteries are in Jackson County; however, because the funeral home has buried in surrounding counties, some of Perry, Williamson, and Union County Cemetery directions are included in the list.

Lee Cemetery: Going North on Rte 3 turn right on Rte 151. Then turn right on Gum Ridge Road, turn right on then second unmarked road. Lee Cemetery should be across the road to the left of the T.

Lipe Cemetery: Going south out of Carbondale on Route 51, turn west on W. Pleasant Hill road, turn south on Union Hill Road and follow Union Hill Road to the end, turn right on Cedar Creek Road, and immediately turn left on Poplar Camp Road, follow road and cemetery is on the right.

Lirely Cemetery: Going South on Rte 51 at Makanda turn right on old Rte 51 across from Makanda Rd. Turn Left on West McGuire Rd, then turn left on Rowan Rd, and turn left on first road on left. Cemetery is down the road on right. (Also known as Rowan Cemetery)

Lone Oak Cemetery: Going Between Murphysboro and Ava and the Ava Blacktop turn South on Lone Oak Rd. This road is opposite Raymond Shannon Ln. Continue South and turn left on Possum Rd. Cemetery is a half mile down the road on the right.

Looney Springs Cemetery: On Rte 4 just East of Campbell Hill Cemetery is on North side of the road.

Maplewood Cemetery Marion (Williamson County) IL: Going on Route 13 to Marion, turn north on Route 37. This cemetery is on the left had side of the road.

McBride Cemetery: This Cemetery is located West of the Kinkaid Lake fish and Wildlife Area but still in the Shawnee National Forest. Hiking trail #772B is the only way to reach this Cemetery.

McCormick Cemetery: This Cemetery is on Private Property North of Rte 3 and directly East of the Glenn Settlement off of Logan Hollow Road.

McKinney Cemetery: Located in Williamson County out of Carbondale going east on Route 13, turn North on San Diego Road. Then, turn left at the T and turn right on North County Line Road, turn right on McKinney Hill Lane. Road dead ends into cemetery.

Minton Cemetery: Going South on 127 to Bald Knob Cross, turn left off of 127, then right toward Cross on Milligan road. (Do not take the left hand turn to go to the Cross) Continue on Milligan Road pass Shawnee Stables Road. Road Y's but the last time we were there the sign has been hit and is down. Take left road which is Hicham Road. Then .4 of a mile, take right Y which is Rattlesnake Ferry Road. About 2 miles, the road changes name to Hutchins Creek Road, there is a group of a home, a log cabin and a barn that this about to fall in on the right. Just past the barn is a gravel road going up the hill to the cemetery.

Mt. Pleasant Church Cemetery: Going East out of Murphysboro on Old Rte 13 Turn South on Country Club Rd cemetery is about one mile down the road on the left.

Mt. Joy Cemetery: Going West out of Murphysboro on Rte 149 turn North on Marina Rd at T of Lake Access Rd turn left. Then turn right on Mt. Joy Rd. Cemetery is about one mile down the road on both sides of the road.

Murdale Gardens Of Memory: Going East on Rte 13 out of Murphysboro turn left onto Country Club Rd, at T turn left onto Murdale Gardens Rd. Cemetery is on the left.

Oakland Cemetery: Coming West into Carbondale on Rte 13 turn left onto W Sycamore St. Then turn left onto N Oakland Ave. At T Turn left and follow that road into cemetery.

Oakwood Cemetery (Mt. Vernon, Jefferson County, IL): Getting off of Interstate 57, going east on Route 15 (Broadway), the cemetery is on the left hand side of the road.

Oddfellows Cemetery (Marion, Williamson County, IL): Going to Marion on Route 13, turn north on Route 37, the first cemetery on the left is Maplewood, Oddfellows cemetery is the second cemetery on the left.

Old DuQuoin Cemetery: Going North on 127, turn East on Route 149 to DeSoto, turn north on Route 51 to DuQuoin and turn east on Hwy 14. Go to Old DuQuoin Cemetery Road and turn left. Cemetery is around the curve on the left.

Osage Cemetery: Going North to Elkville turn East on Kimmel St, which changes names to Royalton Rd and then to Elkville Blacktop in Franklin County. Turn Left onto Osage Rd Cemetery is on the left.

Parrish Cemetery: Going North to the North Side of Vergennes on Rte 127, turn left on Elkville Rd. Parrish Cemetery is about a mile and a half down the road on the right.

Pate Cemetery: Going North out of Murphysboro on Rte 13 and 127 turn left onto W. Grange Hall Rd. Cemetery is about a half mile past McElvain Rd on the left.

Pleasant Grove Memorial Park: Going East out of Murphysboro on Old Rte 13. The Cemetery is just before Country Club Rd on the left hand side of the road.

Pleasant Hill Cemetery: Going West out of Murphysboro on Ava Rd, the cemetery is past S Mudline Rd at the top of the hill on the right.

Poplar Ridge Cemetery: From Murphysboro going south on Rte 127, turn west on Orchard Hill Rd. Going past Bostick Cemetery on the left then Orchard Hill Rd changes names to Poplar Ridge Rd and the cemetery is further down on the right.

Primitive Baptist Cemetery: Also known as Sunfield Cemetery, going north of Route 51 out of DuQuoin, turn right onto Kimmel Road, turn left onto Willow Road at an electric substation, turn left at Palmettoes Road into former Primitive Baptist Church. Cemetery is behind church.
