___ Picture of the deceased for the newspaper. (There can be other people in the picture, because we will only scan the deceased, and you will receive your picture back intact.)
___ Our funeral home will help you write the obituary, but if you would like to list relatives and memberships, feel free to bring that with you when we make the funeral arrangements.
