Obituary for Linda Kaye McMahon (Minor)
Linda Kaye McMahon, 59, passed away at 12:34 p.m. Wednesday, September 30, 2015, in St. Joseph Memorial Hospital, Murphysboro.
Linda was born on August 31, 1956, in Louisiana, Missouri, to William Minor and Mary Robbins Minor.
She married Kyle on August 6, 1994, in Pontoon Beach, Illinois, and he survives.
Other survivors include seven children Traci English of Granite City, Joyce Shaver of Ft. Myers, FL, Tonya Kovorick and Shannon McMahon of Granite City, Amy Campbell of Carlyle, Carl Shaver, Jr. of Granite City, and Kryié McMahon of Caseyville;
fourteen grandchildren;
eight brothers and sisters John Minor of Gulf Shores, AL, Richard Minor of Bowling Green, MO, William Minor of Pittsfield, IL, Dorothy Humphrey of Louisiana, MO, Susie Smell of Bowling Green, MO, Patricia Carper of Camp Point, IL, Davey Minor of Louisiana, MO, and Sara Johns of Quincy, IL.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be held at 12 noon Monday, October 5, 2015, at Pettett Funeral Home, and friends may call from 10 a.m. to 12 noon Monday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the family. For more information, please visit www.pettettfuneralhome.com.
