Obituary for Patsy L. Quick (Smith)
Patsy L. Quick, 81, of Murphysboro, passed away at 7:25 a.m. Saturday, December 5, 2015, in the Herrin Hospital in Herrin, Illinois.
Patsy was born on March 13, 1934, in Jackson County, Illinois, to Harry Smith and Beulah (Pleasant) Smith Malloy.
She had worked as a waitress.
Patsy is survived by three children Bruce Hickam and his wife Kimberly Hickam of Cambria, Gary Hickam of Carbondale, and Pam Thompson and her husband Tim Thompson of Las Vegas, NV;
seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren;
two sisters and brother in laws Betty and Charlie Myers of Evansville, IN, and Sharon and Tom Young of Anna, TX.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Her body will be cremated and a gravesite service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, December 10, 2015, at Cundiff Cemetery near Blairsville. For more information, please visit www.pettettfuneralhome.com.
