Condolence: I was going through some of the stuff Josh and I used to work on and found this quote he wrote. "Peace is possible, I think. I have felt, recently, more fully at peace with myself than I can honestly remember." To his family, friends, and Lauren I send my prayers that you will have much needed comfort at this time. Josh was an amazing person and had a permanent impact on my life.

Condolence: I am still in denial and shock about your passing. We shared a unique bond as the 2 unknown incoming students to be cast in roles set aside for staff in Sweeney. The chills you gave me everyday and then the warmth of your smile and encouragement. Im sad we didn't bump into each other in NYC more. I promise you that you will never be forgotten. Please know that I am praying for you and your family. I am thankful to God for privilege to have worked with your son while I was on faculty at SUNY Fredonia. Josh is a world class singer and man whose huge heart and love for music and performance inspired all those who had the opportunity to know, hear and watch him. Condolence: Josh, I remember when I first met you as a small boy running around horse shows with your uncle Tim. Then years later our many talks as we cleaned stalls and on many other occasions. You had such a passion for trains, music, and history. Such an "old soul " for a young man. I will never forget you I loved you like my own family. Your smile forever in my heart.

Condolence: "If I could choose from every man on this earth -- a man for my brother, a man for my son, and a man for my friend" - it would be Josh. I'll miss the outstanding talent, the ready wit, the sweet spirit. To Josh's family, I wish you support and comfort in your loss. He was truly remarkable, and a lovely friend.

Condolence: My husband and I were both saddened to learn of Josh's passing. Our sympathy goes out to all his family. Sue was able to get to know Josh as she started working as the Principal's secretary @ J-E HS in 1998. We also conversed with Josh during a flight we and he were taking from Buffalo to Phoenix a couple of years ago. He will surely be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you. A special message to Ashley & Brian - take care and know we are thinking of you both.

Condolence: My thoughts and prayers go out to Josh'd family- I was very saddened to hear of his passing. He was such a unique, talented individual. I attended Fredonia as a Music Therapy major and had the pleasure of working with Josh in Vocal Lessons, in Choir, and on productions at Fredonia. His performance of Sweeny Todd is still talked about among those of us that were honored enough to see it and/or work on it with him. That performance will live on for many years to come even though he has left this world far too early.
