Obituary for Samuel David Falconer
Samuel David Falconer, 11, of Murphysboro, passed away at his residence in Murphysboro at 7:50 a.m. Friday, April 10, 2015.
Samuel was born on August 9, 2003, in Carbondale, to Christian Falconer and Molly (McClure) Falconer.
Samuel was a member of The Vine in Carbondale.
He loved music and he loved to be held.
Samuel is survived by his parents of Murphysboro;
three sisters and one brother, Saige Chelberg of Freeport, IL, Abigail, Isaac, and Isabella Falconer, all at home;
his maternal grandparents David and Rita McClure of Murphysboro; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Barbara McDonald and Merle Snyder.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 14, 2015, at The Vine located at 1445 S. Wall Street, Carbondale, with Greg Darling officiating. Burial will be at Pleasant Grove Memorial Park. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday and from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church. For more information, please visit www.pettettfuneralhome.com.
